Full feedstuff lineup frameworks
We handle a huge variety of raw materials from around the world, in order to adapt to changing supply conditions and quality preferences.
We have established frameworks that enable our full lineup of feed grain and auxiliary materials to be transported from North and South America using large vessels, along with the deployment of roughage plants in North America and Australia, the procurement of feedstuff for marine animals from all over the world especially South America.
Expansion into the Chinese and ASEAN markets
In recent years, we have been focusing on sales, investments and finance in the Chinese and ASEAN markets—the second most important markets, next to the Japanese market—for the vertical integration and horizontal development of our businesses.
At present, in cooperation with Kanematsu’s group companies in Japan and these overseas regions, we are making efforts to enhance our functions and to meet requests from customers, not only in the Japanese market but also in the Chinese and ASEAN markets.

Feedstuffs businesses
We handle a huge variety of raw materials (corn, milo, soybeans, soymeal, fish meal, fish oil, chaff and bran, etc.) for feedstuff from around the world, to adapt to the changing supply conditions and quality preferences.
We procure feed grain and byproducts from North and South America using large vessels, as well as raw materials for aquatic feed and roughage from around the world. In recent years, we have been focusing on sales, investments, and finance in the Chinese and ASEAN markets—the second most important markets, next to the Japanese market—for the vertical integration and horizontal development of our businesses.
Forage Business
We will achieve stable supply based on high handling volumes by providing hay, such as alfalfa, timothy, Sudan grass, oat, etc., and plain feed, such as beet pulp pellets, hay cubes, and cottonseed, from supply sources all over the world through investment in farmland and processing plants in roughage-supplying countries and acquisition of agency rights.
In addition, we aim to solve issues for our customers to work on innovative changes in the domestic livestock industry by promoting GX (composting and securing of renewable energy) that addresses environmental issues and sustainability, and DX that improves efficiency and save labor at livestock production sites.
